Deleting your PlaySpot account

Delete it from the app

This is the fastest way and it takes effect immediately. No email, no waiting.

• Open PlaySpot and go to the Profile tab.
• Open the menu in the top corner.
• Choose Delete account, then confirm.

Ask us instead

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, write to support@play-spot.app from the address or Telegram account you signed up with, and ask us to delete your PlaySpot account. We will confirm it is you, delete the account, and reply within 30 days — usually much sooner.

What is erased

Everything that identifies you, permanently and with no way back:

• Your name, display name, profile photo, bio, date of birth, country and gender.
• Your Telegram account link and username, and any Google or Apple sign-in connected to the account. If you signed in with Apple, we also tell Apple to revoke that sign-in.
• Contact handles you published, such as Instagram or WhatsApp.
• Your playing preferences, your uploaded photos, every signed-in session and every device registered for notifications.

What stays, and why

Matches and tournaments you have already played stay in the other players' history. They are those players' records as much as yours, and removing them would delete results and ratings that were never only about you. Your seat in them is shown as a deleted player: no name, no photo, no way to reach or identify you. The rating you carried into the match stays with the record of that match.

Anything you organised that had not started yet is cancelled, and any seat you were holding in a match still to come is freed so somebody else can take it.

Coming back

Deletion is final — we cannot restore an account or reconnect it to your old history. You are welcome to sign up again with the same Telegram, Google or Apple account, and you will start with a completely new, empty profile.
