Who can use PlaySpot

You must be at least 13 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. One person, one account per sign-in provider. Keep your Telegram, Google or Apple account secure — anyone who can sign in there can use your PlaySpot profile.

What PlaySpot does and does not do

PlaySpot is a place to find courts, arrange matches and run tournaments. We are not a party to anything you agree with another player or with a club. Court bookings, payments, cancellations and no-shows are between you and them.

Club information — addresses, prices, opening hours, court counts — is provided for convenience and can be out of date. Check with the club before you rely on it.

How to behave

We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these rules, and we may correct or void ratings that came from falsified results.

• Report scores honestly. Ratings only mean something if results are real.
• No harassment, hate speech, threats or spam toward other players.
• Do not impersonate anyone, and do not publish someone else's contact details.
• Do not scrape the app, attack it, or try to reach data that is not yours.

Your content

Photos, names, bios and tournament details you upload stay yours. You give us permission to store and display them inside PlaySpot so the app can work — showing your photo on a match card, for example. You are responsible for having the right to upload whatever you upload.

Availability

We do our best to keep PlaySpot running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we shut the service down, we will give notice and time to export what matters to you.

Liability

PlaySpot is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injuries during play, disputes with clubs or other players, missed bookings, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Sport carries risk. Judge your own fitness and the condition of the court before you play.

Ending it

You can stop using PlaySpot at any time and ask us to delete your account at support@play-spot.app. We may end your access if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive — liability, your content licence for material already published — do.

Changes and governing law

We will post material changes here with a new date and tell you in the app before they take effect. These terms are governed by the law of Georgia, and disputes belong to the courts of Tbilisi, unless mandatory law in your country of residence says otherwise.
